How it feels to be filled with the Spirit

To be filled with the Spirit of God means totally surrendering to Him.

How does that feel?

Think of it this way.

Imagine you want to be able to do something so badly that you are willing to do ANYTHING to achieve it.  You are willing to follow someone who has achieved what you want to do.  You will follow him wherever he goes.  You will do what ever she says.

You find out that he is having a seminar in your city.  No matter how much it costs, you are willing to pay.  No matter how long the seminar is, you will stay.

You pay.
You go.

There she is.

She tells her story: how she came from where you are right now in your life to where she is right now in her life, having mastered that which you seek to master.

You are in awe of him.  He is everything you want to be.

She makes it clear that one thing must happen:

You must totally surrender to her teachings if you want to achieve what she has achieved.

What you feel at that moment  of surrender is what it feels like to be filled with the Spirit.

The decision you make to totally yield to whatever your master teacher tells you at that seminar is the very same decision you make when you are filled with, or totally surrendered to, the Holy Spirit.

How does it feel to be filled with the Spirit?
It feels like surrendering.

Surrender to the Spirit.
Be filled with the Spirit.
