Spirit Born (Part 1)

"This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit."  Matthew 1:18 NIV

The Spirit of God is impregnating Mary, a virgin woman, who is engaged to be married.

What is she feeling?
How is she feeling

After this encounter of divine power, she is experiencing pregnancy like every other woman.
But one woman is different.

Her cousin Elizabeth is very old and barren, until an angel named Gabriel spoke to her husband Zechariah.  Now she is 6 months pregnant and Mary is coming to see her.

The baby in Elizabeth's womb is leaping inside of her because of the baby inside of Mary.
The Spirit is filling Elizabeth, who is receiving a revelation:  The Baby in Mary is Spirit Born!

He is not like other babies.
He is not like other boys.
He is not like other men.

He is coming from the Spirit.
He is experiencing oneness with the Spirit.

This means He is thinking the thoughts of God.
This means He is existing in heaven and earth at once.

Without angels, The Spirit, or a God sent star, no one is understanding who He is.

“LORD, I am Your servant.  Do to me whatever you want,” Mary says.
“I am blessed to be in the presence of the mother of my Lord,” Elizabeth says.
You are witnessing a miracle.
You are witnessing the birth of the firstborn Son of God, the one who is Spirit Born.
