ONLY TWO THINGS Make A Minister of God Trustworthy (Part 1)

The LORD said to Moses, "I am going to come to you in a dense cloud, so that the people will hear me speaking with you and will always put their trust in you."  Exodus 19:9

Do not read another blog I write, or listen to another message I speak, unless you experience two things with me:

1.  God coming to me in the "dense cloud" of the Spirit of Christ.
2.  God speaking to me in your hearing by the Spirit of Christ.

Do not put your trust in me or my words, or in any other minister and his or her words, unless you experience these two things.

GOD HIMSELF COMES TO HIS MINISTERS IN THE SIGHT OF GOD'S PEOPLE.
The word minister means "servant."  He is one who serves God.  She is one who serves God's people.  But a minister of God must have the presence of God with him and upon her.  Before Jesus Himself began His ministry, the Father spoke to Jesus from heaven in the hearing of John the Baptist.  And the Spirit was with Jesus visibly.  Even Jesus couldn't start without the affirmation of God's presence with Him. And Jesus told His followers, those who had personally been with Him for 3 years, not to begin their ministries until the Spirit's Presence was with them.  If Jesus and His followers needed God's manifest presence before they could do His work, how much more should we dare not speak or act in God's name until God's Presence is manifest by His Spirit's filling?

GOD HIMSELF SPEAKS TO HIS MINISTERS IN THE HEARING OF GOD'S PEOPLE.
A minister of God is only trustworthy if he is listening to God speak, and saying only what God says.  The people of God must not only see and know that God is with His ministers, just as it was clearly seen and known that God was with Joseph in Potiphar's house, but the people must hear for themselves the voice of God speaking to and through the minister.

But how does this practically happen?  Click HERE to find out.
