WHERE IS THE SPIRIT IN YOUR LIFE? (CONCLUSION)

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom: For God, for all people, and for you.

If you attend a church service and people dictate to God how He must be or respond in the service, the Spirit of the Lord is not there.  If God is completely ignored and made subject to the human church program, then the Spirit of the Lord is not there.

If you go to a prayer meeting and those who are invited are spoon fed what to say, told what they must believe, and coached in specific programmed actions, the Spirit of the Lord is not there.

If in church you are being passive in any way at all, passively hearing, speaking, and doing things without thought or consent, the Spirit of God is not there.

Where is the Spirit in your life?  He's where there is perfect freedom.

Those who are loud won't be too loud.
Those who are quiet won't be too quiet.

Some may raise their hands and shout as they praise, but they won't compel others to do so, nor distract others when they do so.
Some may praise silently in tearful whispers, but they won't compel others to dos, nor will they be distracted when others are not silent.

If you distract others from focusing on God, the Spirit of God is not leading you.
If someone distracts your focus on God, the Spirit of the Lord is not leading him or her.

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom for you, as it is written,

"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."  Galatians 5:1
